Registration is required to participate in RevolutionLIVE.

Once you register your attendance, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration.

Additional emails with event details will be sent closer to the event date.

Free ground transportation from the airport to the Sheraton is available.  Call the hotel at 1-919-941-5050 when your flight lands and their shuttle will be sent to pick you up.  The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from the airport.

The free Sheraton Imperial shuttle can also take you back to the airport at the end of the event.

If you need to travel around Raleigh and/or North Carolina before or after the event the hotel can assist you with securing a cab/taxi/Uber or you may rent a car at the airport.

Final hotel confirmations will be sent out 8-10 business days prior to the event.

Should you need to cancel your hotel room or change check-in/check-out dates you must make your changes 3 business days in advance of your scheduled stay.  A fee will be applied if cancelled after this time.  

• The event is tightly packed with things to do starting Monday and ending Thursday at 2:30pm ET (and at 5:30pm ET for TCA Training).
• Breakouts:  The majority of the educational time at the event will be spent in breakout sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Your unique schedule will be created based on mandatory sessions and your chosen breakouts.  Please follow your unique schedule as seating in breakouts is limited.  Individual schedules will be emailed out and available on the mobile app 8-10 days in advance of the event.  Again, please use the email or the mobile app to follow your individualized official schedule.
• Monday Opening Reception (6:30-10:30pm ET):  This is the official kick-off to the event where heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served, karaoke will be happening, and other activities will commence.  We look forward to seeing everyone at the Opening Reception.  There will be a happy hour hosted by NVIDIA from 5:30-6:30pm ET in the bar area immediately before the Opening Reception.
• Tuesday:  Tuesday we will start bright and early at 7am with breakfast followed by our 1st General Session.  The remainder of the day will be filled based on your unique individualized schedule with Breakouts, Solution Showcase, snacks and lunch, and team activities.  The event concludes with a Happy Hour hosted by AMD from 5:30-6:30pm ET in the bar area.  After that, Tuesday night is open for activities of your choice – check with your management team to see if anything has been planned.
• Wednesday:  Wednesday is a duplicate of Tuesday and concludes with a Happy Hour hosted by Intel from 5:30-6:30pm ET in the bar area with our Celebration Event immediately following from 7:00-10:30pm.
  • Note that buses will leave starting at 6:45 and run a continuous loop from the Sheraton to the Celebration location and back.
• Thursday:  Thursday begins with breakfast, user choice breakouts, and a closing General Session.  Following the General Session, lunch and team meetings will occur – please check with your management on your team meeting expectations. 
  • Note that TCA Training (invitation only) will occur all afternoon Thursday as well.

Weather in Raleigh, NC in November sees average highs of 62 F/ 16 C and average lows of 41 F/ 5 C.  We will be updating you on weather forecasts closer to the event.  Be prepared for rain.

Casual business attire is recommended. There may be days and activities where special dress will be recommended.  We’ll let you know via a RevolutionLIVE email what these are (and update this FAQ section).

Updated program information will be sent via RevolutionLIVE email and posted on this web site.  Please read the emails and check back regularly for details.  It is important that you use your work email address for all things event related.

Check-in for RevolutionLIVE will be at the Sheraton Imperial Conference Center. Event materials and your event badge (which will be required for attendance to all functions) can be picked up at the registration desk located at the Conference Center doors.  Remember that you must complete the three pre-event learning sessions in order to pick up your event materials and badge.
