Tech World will be in Austin, Texas with events taking place at the Hilton Austin and other locations in the area. 

Tech World activities are scheduled for Monday, October 23 and Tuesday, October 24. 

Please refer to the agenda for specific event location information.

Registration is required to participate in any portion of Tech World.

The housing room block for Lenovo Tech Word '23 is closed. Please contact hotels in the downtown Austin area directly to reserve a room. 

Guests who do NOT need a hotel room can register until Friday, October 13 or when max capacity has been reached (whichever comes first).

Registration to Tech World is complimentary.

Tech World '23 attendees are responsible for their housing arrangements and travel expenses.

Once you register your attendance, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration. Additional emails with event details will be sent closer to the event date.

Badges can be picked up at registration desks at both the Hilton Austin and the Austin Marriott Downtown.

Registration modifications and cancellations must be requested by October 18.

For the health and safety of all attendees and staff, we ask that you refrain from participating if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, the flu, seasonal cold or other illness.

Creating an accessible and inclusive event is a priority for Lenovo.  If you require any special accommodations, please indicate this on the registration form.  

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is an international airport in Austin, Texas and is approximately 7 miles and a 15-minute ride to the Hilton Austin and Austin Marriott Downtown.

For attendees driving to Tech World ‘23, self-parking is available at the Hilton Austin.  The Hilton’s parking garage is located on Red River Street between 4th and 5th Streets.  

Please visit the Tech World registration desk located on the 6th floor of the Hilton Austin to pick up a voucher for discounted parking.  

Just 7 miles from the airport, there are multiple cost-effective ways to get to either the Hilton Austin or Austin Marriott Downtown.  A one-way taxi trip to or from Downtown Austin will cost about $25 - $30. Ride-share services from Uber and Lyft, and other providers are also available, with designated meeting locations at AUS.

Tech World attire is business casual.

Yes, there will be a live broadcast of the keynote beginning at 10:00 AM CDT on Tuesday, October 24.  The broadcast will be streamed live on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and lenovo.com. There is no cost to attend the live broadcast.  Please check back for more details closer to the event date.
