  • Pick-up at Raleigh-Durham International airport (RDU) and transfers to your hotel have been organized for your arrival.
  • An English-speaking chauffeur with a Lenovo digital signboard will meet you at the bottom of the baggage claim escalators in the terminal and take you to your hotel transfer. Our chauffeur's attire is a black suit, white shirt, with a gold tie. Please contact (336-317-2340 if you have an issue locating your chauffeur.
  • For any transportation queries you can contact Ann Austin on +1 336-317-2340. She will be coordinating your transfer.
  • To optimize the sustainability of airport transfers, passengers arriving and departing around the same time will be booked together
  • We will provide your departure transfer times by email before your check-out from the hotel.
