Katy Jones is the Chief Customer Officer at Trustwell, a merger between FoodLogiQ and ESHA Research. In this role, Katy is responsible for leading marketing, customer success, services and support to ensure Trustwell's products and services continue to deliver exceptional value to customers. Prior to this role, Katy served as the CEO of FoodLogiQ, a leading provider of cloud-based supplier transparency and traceability solutions. In 2020, Jones was elected to the GS1 US Retail Grocery Executive Leadership Committee and last year published a chapter on traceability within Ensuring Global Food Safety: Exploring Global Harmonization, the 2nd Edition.
