Victoria is a Packaging Engineering professional with 25+ years Engineering Management/Leadership experience in the Food, Consumer Products, and Pharmaceutical industries. In additional to Package Engineering expertise, she has experience in Packaging Sustainability, Quality Systems Supply Chain Demand, Manufacturing, Distribution and Marketing through her work experience with OFI, KIND Snacks, a division of MARS, Campbell Soup, Johnson and Johnson Consumer Products, Colgate Palmolive Company, and Kraft Foods. Victoria is a graduate of Michigan State University wher she is a member on the School of Packaging Advisory Board and has curriculum completion from Wharton Executive Education. She is currently Global Head and VP of Packaging Center of Expertise at OFI where she is building a packaging structure that supports OFI’s new vision expansion from selling raw materials to value added solutions and services.
