Experienced Senior Business Process Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry for 30 years. Responsible for supporting corporate growth initiatives by developing, maintaining and improving business relationships and overall business requirements for all customers. Manages the Vendor Compliance and Business Data analyst teams by ensuring that all Carhartt customers are properly on-boarded and maintained within Carhartt systems; which includes overseeing the review of compliance manuals, routing guides, non-compliance charge-backs and partnering and collaborating with other business functions including; legal, EDI, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Finance, and Human Resources. Additionally, responsible for the global management of our manufacturing facilities for VAS administration per Carhartt guidelines.
