With over 31 years of IT and retail experience at Dillard’s, Chuck Lasley is responsible for overseeing the creation, enhancement and maintenance of a portfolio of leading-edge applications. These applications include eCommerce, store operations, mobile applications, inventory planning and management, replenishment, order entry, electronic data interchange, customer reservations, registries, private label sourcing, transportation and logistics, warehousing and distribution, payroll, financial reporting and accounting. In addition to his duties as an IT director, Chuck has also been spearheading Dillard’s RFID research and implementation efforts since 2006.
