Rick Buttner has been with the SUBWAY® system for 24 years. He spent 6 years at Subway Headquarters in the R&D Department and the past 18 years in various roles at IPC.
Supply Chain Operations was formed to provide support and overall governance for our other supply chain teams. The team leads Supply Chain systems selection and implementation, IPC’s Quality Assurance program, our traceability and transparency programs and IPC’s Incident Management Team. IPC joined the GS1 US Foodservice initiative in 2010 and Rick serves on the initiative’s Executive Leadership Council. Rick is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has led the adoption of Lean Six Sigma at IPC.
