Joyce Ann Rosenfield has been with Mars for almost 17 years and is currently the Master Data – Value Creation Lead for Mars Global Services where she works across all segments Mars Wrigley, Mars Pet, and Mars Food both locally in US and globally. In this role she harnesses the power of Master Data to identify and drive projects and programs that create and bring back Value to the business. Prior to this role she spent 14 years as Mars Wrigley GDSN Functional Expert where she proudly drove and enforced GDSN compliancy across the organization. Although Joyce Ann’s experience resides on the business side, she also brings technology expertise that allows her to simplify repetitive tasks and activities, freeing up time to build customer solutions. Joyce Ann has developed and implemented a successful Item Compliance process for Mars Chocolate and has now extended this to include Mars Wrigley. Joyce Ann has rolled out Imaging, Nutritional, is extremely active in Verified by GS1, and has launched a DSD US version along with joining 1WS Datapool. Recently Mars was spotlighted in a GS1 case study where Joyce Ann takes us through the Mars Data Sync journey in Quality and GS1 Standards adoption and what they are doing to be a best-in-class Master Data organization. Joyce Ann’s current projects include organizing and running GS1 Audits cross segment in Germany and in US for multiple segments as well as partnering with senior leaders to solve pressing business issues through the power of Master Data. Joyce Ann is also driving new creative and sustainable solutions to support growing image and graphics needs to drive a global best in class imaging standard and process which will include 3D models. She has put in place role model solutions around new item introductions, auditing and KPI reporting. Joyce Ann has partnered with Marketing, Sales and R&D to drive sustainable solutions for a single source of truth in external data syndication. Joyce Ann has presented at multiple GS1 US Connect Conference as well as the Consumer Goods and Technology Sales and Marketing Forum.
