Chad is a business analyst and senior product information steward for Gordon Food Service. His responsibilities include strategic and sensitive corporate data integration projects, including five major U.S. acquisitions, thirteen new Distribution Centers, and numerous new customer rollouts. His foodservice career began 25 years ago in restaurants, before beginning a progressive career at Gordon Food Service in 2001. In his first role as a Product Data Specialist, Chad was the “THE” Item Set Up Team. Since then, company growth and new data responsibilities have increased that team to four. During that time, Chad also managed key corporate initiatives such as product data profiling and data cleansing, data standards development and dictionaries, consulted on application and UI development, and conducted application testing. He has also authored and produced training manuals, how-to videos, and conducted training sessions. Chad was thrice awarded Gold Club for his many contributions. Chad and his wife Kara, keep busy with 3 young adult children, including one getting married mid-June. He is also involved in volunteer work, youth ministry, and has coached basketball for the past 17 years.
