You understand and agree that ESG Incentives, as Trip Organizer, will be provided with your name, address, email address, dietary preferences, and other personal data (collectively, "Personal Data") as necessary or appropriate for the purpose of planning and managing the Trip. This Personal Data may also be furnished to other Trip providers, such as airlines, hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and contractors conducting Trip activities.
