You understand and agree that ESG, as Event Organizer, will be provided with your name, address, email address, dietary preferences, and other personal data (collectively, "Personal Data") as necessary or appropriate for the purpose of planning and managing the Lenovo OEM Solutions Innovation Forum. This Personal Data may also be furnished to other Event providers, such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and contractors conducting Event activities. If you do not accept the terms and conditions as stated here, then the Lenovo Parties will be unable to secure your logistics for participation in the Event.
