Dustin Deal is a Director of Lenovo’s Supply Chain Strategy & Operations team focused on ESG and Security. Prior to Lenovo, Dustin was a part of Motorola’s Supply Chain for over 20 years and served as Director of North America Business Operations in addition to many other cross-functional roles. In his current role, he leads Lenovo’s Global Supply Chain ESG compliance across internal manufacturing sites and suppliers. Dustin received his MBA from Texas Christian University after his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is based in Lenovo’s Chicago office.
