    REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE ESG TECH CAN COORDINATE YOUR REQUIRED SUPPORT/HARDWARE

    We understand things come up last minute, especially in events. If you know you are going to need hardware/support ahead of time, please put it on the Tech Team's radar. We are here to support you & your event, a timely submission ensures this. 

    Please list Event Manager support if different than the requestor.
    For requests of 3 or more printers, please reach out to an ESG Tech Team member.

    Example Custom 4"x3" Badges (via Brand Fuel)

    Ex: custom badge size, color logos, pre-printed designs

    *Please anticipate a minimum of 12 business days for Custom Badge Stock orders from our preferred vendors Kleertech & Brand Fuel. 

    Badge paper is packaged in bundles of x250.
    Ex: Spec Card Display, Event Check-in, etc.
    ESG Employees local to the Broomall office will be expected to retrieve & ship their requested hardware out.

    *Please Note: The ZD621 Thermal Printer can only print black text/images. If you require color on your badges, you will need all color sections to be pre-printed.
    We recommend contacting Mike Bishop at Kleertech to help support with pre-printing your badge inserts.
