Frequent Questions

We have ordered 10 ESG branded Benson Boxes that are expected to arrive October 2025. 

In the mean time, we will ship single printers in designated carboard boxes. 

If you are shipping multiple printers, we have a designated pelican box that can fit 2 printers. 

Reach out to a member of ESG Tech for more information regarding packaging.

Your ESG Badge Kit should include each item(s) on the checklist below:

  • ZD621 Printer
  • ZD621 Printer Cables
  • Desired Badge Stock
  • Surge Protector

If you need to reserve a printer for back-to-back events, you will need to submit 2 separate reservation requests.

Please be sure to check the reservation calendar to ensure that your printer will be available for the duration of its needed usage.

ESG currently has 4 Zebra ZD621's available to reserve.

Yes, to print badges from a tablet you will need to follow the instructions below based on your tablet:
 

  • Adding Printer to Tablet (Android)
    • Download Zebra Print on the google play store
    • Find Desired Zebra ZD621 that is connected to your WiFi & add printer to Zebra Print (Printers are distinguishable by their friendly name and IP address).
    • From here, you can utilize this printer via Zebra Print whenever you want to print an appropriate document. 
    • You can also configure printer settings for this printer within Zebra Print (ex: Rotate, fit to page, darkness, etc.).
    • To print Badges in correct 4x3 format, On-Site app requires the following settings:
      •  Rotation: 270° 
      • Fit to Page: unchecked
  • Printing Badges via Swoogo Go On-Site App
    • Download Swoogo Go On-Site on google play store
    • Sign in to your Swoogo account
    • Open the desired event you are working (For the Event to be accessible within Swoogo app, you must manually activate it on desktop)
    • From here, you can manually check-in attendees and print their badges.


Test printing a few badges is highly recommended in order to ensure proper badge format.
